The issue:
A restraint tie-down puck with loose fasteners may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
How to resolve this:
Dealers will inspect and tighten the fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Braun customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
