9999 XCELLENT XCELLENT ROADBREAKER A/T
General Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd (General Rubber) is recalling certain Xcellent Roadbreaker A/T tires, size LT305/65R17. The tire may crack and the inner liner may separate, which can result in tire failure. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles."
